The Whitehall Hotel - BW Premier Collection Chicago

We loved this hotel and its good location and staff. The rooms were spotless with comfy bed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our stay here was decent, incredible base for exploring Chicago. The staff was good & amazing. It was in a very central setting right in the heart of the CBD.

Well, internet was terrible.

The hotel is clean, has views of the first room we were in. Stunning and unbeatable location near a downtown street.

You guys made my stay really great. I loved location and staff, which were very good! Perfect central hotel set in the great area. The room was spacious and with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The hotel is clean and has large rooms and soft beds. They serve a wide array of meals, the food I tried was excellent.

The beds were extremely comfy, and it was good value. Fantastic service, delightful personnel, stunning design. We booked queen room for 3 nights and had a terrific stay. Lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs, cereals, slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit and pancakes. Convenient access to the amazing beach located near the venue...

Unbeatable location, fairly clean and quaint place. Exceptional staff and management. King room was with a minibar, central heating and an iron. The EFFICIENT service combined with the good food.

Pleasant place with panoramic views. Relatively quiet location, 10 minutes' walk to a shopping mall.

The whole experience was very positive! I liked the very wonderful location and the staff was very kind. Very well equipped room, absolutely gorgeous view. Attached restaurant served lots of awesome food. The service was friendly in that hotel.

We loved our FINE staying. It was a homey hotel with a nice size rooms and adorable staff. Breakfast was fine, lots of dishes to choose from. The room was well priced. First-class service too.

A well known hotel, we had a fairly nice stay. Loved this place, it was neat and had lovely staff and location. Within walking distance of the perfect beach.

We loved the Mexican-style building and our amazing room. Pleasant view, a little balcony, relaxing bed, too. Excellent access to the rocky beach as it was located near the coast. Good value as opposed to other options, perfectly located.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

I had a very lovely stay in a long time. The stuff where extra great, the room was very cozy, I liked just wonderful location. European style hotel with antique furniture in the rooms. The venue provided free coffee in the lobby.

We stayed 8 nights and really enjoyed the great location. Beds were comfortable. For tea or coffee visit Cafe des Architectes nearby. It deserves its 4 stars.

We liked everything of our stay there. Superb base for a trip in Chicago! The free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. 30 minutes by car from the airport

Hotel has a great location. Oak tree restaurant is an easy walk to the venue.
